Lost or Delivered Package Policy
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
All orders are shipped with shipping insurance to help protect your package in transit and make it easier to file a claim directly with the carrier if an issue occurs.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, we recommend taking the following steps:

Double-check the shipping address provided at checkout.

Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door, leasing office, etc.).

Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.

Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or request delivery details.
Please note that once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. For added security, we recommend shipping to a secure location or selecting a delivery address where someone can receive the package.
